Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL.

If you received the correct items and correct quantities that were ordered, your order is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. This includes sizing issues. Please carefully review all size charts and order details before completing your purchase.

Please note that size charts are not always 100% exact. Measurements are typically based on a stretched garment, not a relaxed garment. If you are concerned about sizing, we strongly recommend sizing up before placing your order.

Returns or exchanges are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item compared to what was ordered

  • Your item arrived damaged

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact MyUniformInformation@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order. All damage claims and incorrect item claims must be reviewed and approved by our team before any refund or exchange is authorized.

To be eligible for review, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a claim, contact careercenter@just-ink-tees.com. Do not send items back without approval and return instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
